Job summary

WasteHero is expanding in Finland and seeks a project manager to drive municipal software implementations from kick-off to acceptance testing, supported by our Nordic delivery team.

You will lead Finnish-language projects with municipal clients, coordinate data migration, configuration, training, and handover, and ensure adherence to public-procurement standards. Helsinki area or remote in Finland; some travel. WasteHero is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in software or public-sector IT delivery.
• PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum certification (PSM/CSM) preferred.
• Finnish at native or C1 level and professional English; Swedish is a plus.
• Experience with municipal or utility customers, tenders and acceptance processes.
• Calm under deadlines, precise in writing, comfortable presenting to steering groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for Finnish municipal waste organisations: scope, plan, migrate data, configure, train and hand over.
• Be the customer's daily counterpart in Finnish and the team's voice inside WasteHero.
• Run acceptance testing and documentation to public-procurement standards.
• Feed customer requirements back into the product roadmap.
