Job summary

Outlier is seeking skilled contributors to build and refine autonomous agent workflows for OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD per hour and the flexibility to choose your schedule, with most experts working 5–10 hours weekly and up to 40 hours.

Contributors participate in creating high‑quality AI agent orchestration, including evaluation rubrics and stress tests. Compensation is delivered weekly and includes access to leading AI tools as part of the program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non‑mocked environments and handling multi‑turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high‑density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
