You will write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents while collaborating with AI teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend, AI automation, or complex systems, with hands-on experience in live environments and multi-turn interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex system integration.
• Build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Live environments experience and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience coordinating multi-stage tasks with data acquisition leading to reasoned output.
