Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with pay up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments.

Most experts work 5–10 hours per week, with potential up to 40 hours, on projects that involve training and coordinating multi-step agent systems. You will help design, implement, and test agent architectures, with a focus on robust data parsing, logic processing, and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (eg, data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent behavior.
• Debug agent traces and identify issues in real systems.
• Stress test agent performance under varying conditions.
