Outlier is hiring an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and performance incentives. Most contributors work 5-10 hrs/week, with potential up to 40 hours, and payments via ACH, PayPal or AirTM.

You will help train LLMs and build multi-step agent workflows, focusing on data parsing, logic processing and reporting. Relevant backend/AI experience is valued; apply to join a growing, flexible platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
