You will design, debug, and stress-test agent workflows, write evaluation rubrics, and ensure production-grade quality across modular services, data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues and improve behavior.
• Stress Test Agent under realistic workloads.
