You will join a team that trains LLMs and designs complex agent architectures, collaborating on production-grade software that powers real-time decision making and tool integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Hands-on experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviours.
