Job summary

Wulff Works Oy is seeking a responsible supervisor to lead a recycling station in Turku. The role blends hands-on work with frontline supervision, coordinating daily operations and ensuring safe, efficient sorting and material handling of metal scrap.

You will receive and prepare purchase receipts and related documents, assist customers, and supervise a small team using standard IT systems. This is a long-term, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recycling industry is required.
• Willingness to perform physical work.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize daily unit operations at the recycling station.
• Receive and sort metal scrap.
• Prepare purchase receipts and related documents.
• Sort, load and unload using material handling equipment and forklift.
• Provide customer service alongside frontline supervision.
