Job summary

Bondata partners with Hotel Levi Panorama and Hotel K5 Levi in Levi, Lapland, to hire a receptionist for the winter season. The role covers guest greeting, check-in/out, reservations, and communications, with duties in coordination with hotel departments.

Required are Finnish and English language skills, strong customer service, problem solving, and a serving/alcohol permit. Experience with Mews is preferred; housing may be available.

Job description

Receptionist position at Hotel Levi Panorama and Hotel K5 Levi, based in Levi, Lapland.

The role involves greeting guests, check-in and check-out, managing reservations, phone and email communications, reporting, and other varied duties in close cooperation with hotel departments.

Contract

The contract is for the winter season, starting around October-November and extending to March-April 2027 with a possibility for part-time (90 hours every 3 weeks). We operate under MaRaVa collective agreement; employment is between the employee and Bondata. The position is full-time during Lapland's winter season.

Salary
