Job summary

Patria Oyj in Finland is seeking a software technical signal processor / algorithm developer to strengthen the R&D team for advanced passive radar systems in the DWS-PS group. You will work in cross-disciplinary teams spanning software, computing, hardware and signal processing to cover the full chain from antennas to algorithms and user interfaces.

You should have deep expertise in signal processing for digital software radios, Matlab programming, and algorithm development.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in developing algorithms for real-time signal processing.
Experience with Matlab software and programming.
Knowledge of radar and communication signal processing is preferred.
Fluent communication in Finnish and English is expected.

Responsibilities

Research and develop signal processing algorithms for passive radar systems.
Implement algorithms in real-time demonstrators and final products.
Collaborate across software, computing and hardware teams to cover the full chain from antennas to interfaces.
Apply parallel computing techniques where appropriate.
