Job summary

Sine Engineering in Finland is seeking DSP Software Engineers to join our embedded software team, building real-time signal processing for wireless systems from baseband to hardware interfaces. You'll work across experience levels, from early-career to senior contributors, translating algorithms into efficient implementations and collaborating with hardware, algorithm and architecture teams.

Qualifications

Background in embedded DSP or low-level systems programming with project work.
Strong proficiency in C/C++/Rust near hardware.
Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) or bare-metal.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded and DSP software for wireless systems — modem baseband, signal chain control, and real-time algorithms.
Implement and optimize DSP algorithms on embedded targets and DSP cores.
Develop low-level SoC software: drivers, HALs, bring-up, and APIs exposing on-chip peripherals.
Work close to the hardware — interfaces with interconnects, DMA, high-speed interfaces, and RF paths.
Collaborate with algorithm, hardware, and architecture teams to translate algorithmic intent into efficient embedded implementations.
Contribute to test infrastructure, automation, and CI for embedded software.
