Job summary

Revvity’s Turku site in Finland is seeking a Quality Specialist for an 8-month fixed-term role. You will manage product release for instruments, handle customer complaints, and lead CAPA activities while collaborating with global Quality teams.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc./M.Sc. in engineering or health tech, has QA system experience (ISO 13485 preferred), and communicates well in Finnish and English. On-site work in Turku is expected.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Bio/Health technology, or corresponding.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 or QA systems; pharma experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product release activities for instrument manufacturing.
  • Handle customer complaints related to instrument and software products, including customer communication.
  • Assist in preparation, documentation, and follow-up of non-conformances and CAPA.
  • Participate in market withdrawal and medical device reporting activities.
  • Create, revise, review, and approve quality-related documents (SOPs, plans, reports).
  • Track and trend quality data, including customer complaints.
  • Conduct training on quality topics for staff across Quality and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Turku site and the global Quality team.
