About the role

As a Quality Specialist, you will focus on hands‑on production operations and process development. In this role, your responsibilities include centralizing quality control and quality assurance data and processes to provide verifiable proof of compliance. You will also ensure that traceability and tracking mechanisms are working across the entire production chain and manage production quality costs. In addition to technical and development responsibilities, your work involves extensive cross‑functional collaboration across internal production, warehouse, R&D, and final assembly.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a solid understanding from a manufacturing or production environment and a good understanding of quality management. We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and self‑driven professional who can navigate in a fast‑paced growth company environment.
