Job summary

SilverBack is recruiting for an experienced Quality Coordinator to support a major data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland. This site-based role focuses on QA/QC activities, ensuring works meet project specs, quality standards and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate inspections, maintain QA records, support handover, and work closely with project teams to drive quality at site level. EU eligibility applies and site rotations are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA/QC or Quality Coordinator experience in construction.
• Experience on civil construction projects; data centre/large-scale project experience desirable.
• Experience with Procore or similar QA management software.

• Coordinate inspections, First-Off Checks (FOCs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Maintain QA documentation, inspection records and photographic evidence using Procore or similar systems.

• Attend site meetings and assist with quality reporting.

This is a site-based role focused on supporting quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring construction works are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements. Working closely with the project and site management teams, you will coordinate inspections, maintain QA documentation and support the successful delivery and handover of the project.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis.
• Eligible to work within the EU.
