Job summary

Core Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced QHSE Lead to oversee quality, health, safety and environmental standards on a major data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. The role focuses on leading QHSE implementation across construction activities and ensuring compliance with Finnish legislation and relevant international standards.

The successful candidate will manage RAMS, audits, incident investigations and non-conformances; coordinate QHSE across subcontractors and construction teams;

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QHSE Lead or Manager on construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, quality assurance and environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project QHSE plans, procedures and management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead QHSE implementation across construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, Finnish legislation and relevant international standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a QHSE Lead or Manager on construction projects.
• Previous data centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction HSE, quality assurance and environmental management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience managing subcontractors, audits, RAMS and risk assessments.
• Relevant QHSE qualifications and strong leadership skills.
• Professional English required; Finnish language skills advantageous.
