Job summary

CTS Group seeks a QA/QC CSA Engineer to support a large-scale data center project. The role ensures Civil, Structural, and Architectural works meet contract requirements, design specs, and applicable codes throughout the construction lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in major projects, with strong CSA knowledge and on-site coordination skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Prior QA/QC experience on large construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Experience with inspections, tests, and NCRs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the QA/QC plan on site.
• Conduct inspections and witness tests for CSA activities.
• Review ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and codes.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, track CAPAs.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client teams.
• Maintain QA/QC records and handover documentation.
• Support client audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and site meetings.
