Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural works on data centre projects across Europe. The role focuses on delivering safely, on programme, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will manage interfaces with planners, subcontractors and design teams, drive progress, QA/QC, health and safety, and report to senior management. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in CSA construction are required; data centre experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 7+ years in CSA construction with project management.
• Experience with large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil, Structural & Architectural work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with the project team.
• Ensure QA/QC processes align with specifications and standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules with planners and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress tracking, and meetings.
• Maintain subcontractor documentation including safety records.
• Chair site meetings, reviews, and handover meetings.
• Liaise with design team to align construction information with schedule.
• Review drawings and submissions for compliance and constructability.
• Oversee health & safety performance and promote safety culture.
• Drive commercial performance by managing variations and budgets.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Oversee CSA snagging and project close-out.
• Identify and resolve technical/coordination issues.
