Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a QA/QC CSA Engineer to ensure civil, structural and architectural works comply with contract requirements and codes on a large-scale data center project. You will drive the QA/QC plan, witness inspections, and manage documentation on site.

The role requires 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in major construction, with strong CSA knowledge and familiarity with ISO 9001/AISC/EN standards. Collaboration with contractors, consultants, and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or high-tech facilities is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CSA works, including concrete, steel structures, architectural finishes, and envelope systems.
• Familiarity with international standards and codes (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, AISC, BS, EN).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working for or with general contractors on fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the QA/QC plan for all CSA-related works on site
• Conduct inspections and witness tests for civil, structural, and architectural activities
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, and handover documentation
• Support audits by clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and provide guidance as needed
• Participate in site meetings and quality-related reviews
