Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; discuss costs with client and management.
• Support marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to corporate, building and client policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with building personnel to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major problems and results to supervisor with recommendations.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond budget.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety codes.
