Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Finland is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to deliver and support complex construction projects within the real estate sector. You will lead cost consultancy, manage client relationships and drive project delivery from concept through to completion.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will balance time, budget and quality, provide governance and reporting, review drawings, and oversee procurement and risk management to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or related field.
• Minimum 3 years PM/construction experience in real estate sector.
• Fluent in English and Finnish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost management and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality, schedules, and costs in accordance with contract requirements.
• Lead the delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Create and assess cost estimates, budgets and provide cost consultancy.
• Monitor construction costs, review site expenditures, and support cost management activities.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget and resources to achieve outcomes.
• Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Review drawings and oversee works, and handover.
