Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate to join our clinical development teams in Finland. You will provide administrative support to the Project Manager, help plan and coordinate studies, and ensure timelines and regulatory requirements are met.

This entry-level role offers exposure to CTMS, study documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with CRAs, Clinical Research Managers, and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CTA or in another entry-level role within a major CRO.

• Strong Excel skills, including experience managing multiple trackers and spreadsheets, as well as using formulas, pivot tables and macros.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes.
• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities.
• Act as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

The Project Management Associate (PMA) is aligned to and managed under the assigned therapeutic business unit. The PMA will function operationally as a member of the study team and provide administrative support to the Project Manager (PM)
