Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar clinical trial/management role.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies per ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools and participate in MAP and Trial Master File activities.
• Coordinate with the team and clients, lead meetings, and ensure timely deliverables and documentation.
