Insta Industry, part of Insta Group Oy, is seeking a Project Engineer to lead automation and electrification projects for water utilities, based mainly in Tampere Sarankulma or Vantaa. The role combines project management with technical design and client coordination.

We are seeking a Project Engineer for Insta Industry in a permanent role in water treatment automation and electrification projects.
Your main task is project management across the water utilities automation and electrification project portfolios, ensuring overall progression and planning. You will be involved in scheduling and resource planning, bid calculation, procurement, work planning, quality control and other related tasks. You will participate in technical specifications and inspections, and you will work in a team with experienced colleagues to grow your own expertise.
The position is primarily based at Tampere Sarankulma or Vantaa sites, with occasional client visits nationwide (0–5 days per month) and a feasible option for partial remote work.

We require: 1–5 years of project management experience in automation and electricity, ability to participate in high-level automation and instrumentation design, strong communication, stress tolerance, problem-solving and a technical university or university of applied sciences degree, and fluency in Finnish and English.
