Job summary

UNU-WIDER in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a Project Assistant to support our Partnerships & Programme Unit in delivering research projects and coordinating teams across initiatives.

You would contribute to the SOUTHMOD workstream and collaborate with partners worldwide as well as locally in Helsinki to advance policy-relevant research and ensure timely, high-quality outputs. The role involves administrative tasks, scheduling, data gathering, and assisting senior staff.

UNU-WIDER is hiring a Project Assistant in Helsinki, Finland. As Project Assistant you would work in our Partnerships & Programme Unit supporting our research projects and teams.

One of the main programme’s you would be working on is our Domestic Revenue Mobilization programme’s SOUTHMOD workstream. Working with partners across the globe as well as in Helsinki is a big part of the role.
