Job summary

Tolomatic, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations on-site. You will develop, coach, and hold the team accountable while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership, plus ERP/MRP and MS Office knowledge. On-site schedule Monday–Thursday, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.

Production Supervisor

Work Arrangement: On-site Monday – Thursday, 12/Noon – 10:30 p.m.

The Production Supervisor leads daily assembly operations by developing people, improving processes, and delivering safe, high-quality, on-time production. This role builds an engaged, accountable team while ensuring operational goals are met for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
