Job summary

Easpring Finland New Materials Oy in Kotka is seeking a Production Process Engineer to join our CAM plant production team. You will monitor and control the CAM production process from the control room and oversee key utility and environmental systems in a 24/7 operation.

The role emphasizes process control, safety, and continuous improvement, applying Lean, Six Sigma, SPC and data analysis to enhance efficiency, quality and resource use.

Qualifications

Relevant technical degree in Chemical, Process, Energy, or Environmental Engineering.
Experience in chemical or continuous-process industries.
Practical experience with control room operations and DCS/SCADA-based control.
Strong safety- and quality-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control the CAM production process from the control room.
Monitor and control key supporting utility and environmental systems.
Track production KPIs, process trends, and deviations; initiate corrective actions.
Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure safe, stable, and quality-focused operations across shifts.
