Job summary

Sine Engineering, located in Tampere, Finland, seeks a Product Manager to work with engineering, R&D, marketing and business stakeholders to build programs that meet customer needs and set new market standards.

You'll drive product strategy across firmware, embedded systems, mobile apps, cloud and edge tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with engineers, executives.
• Excellent organizational and program management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and go-to-market plans translating user needs into compelling value propositions.
• Gather, prioritize, and incorporate customer feedback from trials and partners to influence roadmap decisions.
• Analyze customer use cases to convert insights into practical business strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to define and execute roadmaps across firmware, apps, cloud, and testing tools.
• Work with embedded, mobile, desktop, cloud, and security teams to deliver seamless integrations.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics to sustain competitive advantage.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, and business stakeholders to build products that meet customer needs and set new standards in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and go-to-market plans that translate end-user cost and performance requirements into compelling value propositions.

• Gather, prioritize, and incorporate customer feedback from field trials and integration partners to improve products and influence roadmap decisions.

• Analyze customer use cases and workflows to transform early customer insights into practical business strategies.

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and execute product roadmaps spanning firmware, embedded systems, mobile applications, cloud and edge orchestration, and testing tools.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including embedded firmware, Android/iOS applications, desktop applications, cloud orchestration, and security/compliance teams to deliver seamless integrations.

• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics to maintain and strengthen the company's competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience within a technology company.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and executive leadership.

• Excellent organizational and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
