Sine Engineering in Tampere, Finland, is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with engineering, R&D, marketing and business stakeholders to build market-leading UAV software and hardware products.

You will drive product strategy, gather customer feedback from trials and partners, and shape roadmaps across firmware, embedded systems, mobile apps, cloud orchestration and testing tools. The role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product strategy and go-to-market plans that translate end-user cost and performance requirements into compelling value propositions.
• Gather, prioritize, and incorporate customer feedback from field trials and integration partners to improve products and influence roadmap decisions.
• Analyze customer use cases and workflows to transform early customer insights into practical business strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and execute product roadmaps spanning firmware, embedded systems, mobile applications, cloud and edge orchestration, and testing tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including embedded firmware, Android/iOS applications, desktop applications, cloud orchestration, and security/compliance teams to deliver seamless integrations.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics to maintain and strengthen the company's competitive advantage.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, and business stakeholders to build products that meet customer needs and set new standards in the market.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.




• 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience within a technology company.




• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and executive leadership.




• Excellent organizational and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
