Job summary

Rosendahl Nextrom in Finland seeks a Product Engineer in Vantaa to bridge Product Management and engineering across the fiber optics product line. You’ll support multiple Product Managers, drive development, R&D support, and communications with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in engineering.
• Ability to understand broad tech areas and rapidly find solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Structured, independent work style with documentation skills.
• Proficient Excel, Power BI, and data handling; comfortable with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and improvement projects with meetings and reporting.
• Maintain complete product documentation and ensure sales-engineering alignment.
• Translate market needs into product specs and roadmaps; communicate to engineering.
• Support R&D projects: specs, details, delivery scope, risk mitigation.
• Assist in technical discussions with customers and prepare quotations.
• Contribute to product-area improvements and corrective actions.
