Experience handling complex problems and coordinating a team to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead a Process Quality team to improve wafer line quality and reproducibility.
Direct focus on operations important to customers and the company, pursuing goals together.
Improve industrial quality control and process reliability; develop robust solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deviation investigations.
