Job summary

Esperi Kotipetäjä in Rovaniemi seeks a flexible Practical Nurse to join the team under an independent escort model. You will guide residents and perform basic nursing tasks tailored to individual needs, while supporting daily activities and light errands.

Medication administration is possible if you hold the necessary qualifications. This fixed-term vacancy runs until January 31, 2027, with a 3-shift pattern and total hours of 0–115 per 3 weeks.

Job description

We are seeking a flexible and committed Practical Nurse to join Esperi Kotipetäjä in Rovaniemi.

The role uses an independent escort model, where you are responsible for assigned residents during your shifts.

Your duties include guidance and basic nursing tasks tailored to each resident’s needs.

You will assist residents with daily activities such as household tasks, personal hygiene, laundry, meals, and light external errands.

You will participate in daily organization and activities with the team, and, if you hold medication qualifications, provide quality medication administration.

The position is a fixed-term temporary vacancy until January 31, 2027, with work hours of 0–115 per 3 weeks and a 3-shift pattern.

Salary follows the private social services sector collective agreement, with a base salary of 2,493.06–2,719.93 EUR per month depending on experience (G20C pay grade), effective from 1 September 2026.

Applicants must have Finnish nursing qualification and may need a police background check.

Finnish language skills at least B1 are required.
