Job summary

University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher focused on gene regulation and single-cell genomics. Qualifications

• We are seeking a researcher with a doctoral degree in a related field.
• Excellent and good English skills; English used for instruction and supervision.
• Background in molecular biology, genomics and bioinformatics methods.
• Solid knowledge of single-cell omics technologies and data analysis.
• Strong research track record and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct genomics-based studies related to leukemia biology and immunology.
• Benchmark and develop genomics and single-cell methodologies.
• Publish high-quality scientific papers and reports.
• Contribute to grant proposal development and co-supervise PhD students.
