Job summary

Hiab is seeking a PLM Solution Architect to bridge engineering with the enterprise data ecosystem, translating requirements into Windchill blueprints and owning the technical backlog. The role connects production, service, and sales, with a focus on data quality and scalable solutions, in an international environment.

Primary location is Helsinki, Finland, with openness to Tampere and Raisio. English proficiency is essential, and travel may be required a few times per year depending on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Windchill PLM platform administration, configuration and development.
• Strong knowledge of CAD technologies and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in project management, change management, and vendor management.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical streams for Windchill implementations, upgrades, and data migrations.
• Capture complex functional requirements and translate to technical blueprints.
• Design data models, workflows, and lifecycle states prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality.
• Collaborate with software vendors and external partners to evaluate features and optimize solutions.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and release management to minimize business interruptions.
