Job summary

NextPharma Tampere is seeking a Project Manager to own project execution, ensuring scope, timelines and budget are met, while coordinating cross-functional teams on site with part-time remote options.

The role offers significant responsibility and visibility in an international pharmaceutical environment and is a fixed-term position (~1 year) tied to parental leave.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree.
• Several years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience (CDMO preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English dialogue skills.

Join NextPharma Tampere to shape project excellence at a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing site. As Project Manager you will take ownership of project execution, ensuring that scope, timelines, budget and customer expectations are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact for the customer. The role offers significant responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to impact in an international pharmaceutical environment. This is a fixed-term position (parental leave) for approximately one year. The role is primarily site-based, with the possibility of partial remote work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a CDMO environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and bring people together
