Are you ready to shape EHS excellence at a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing site?
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and continuously develop EHS and sustainability at Tampere manufacturing site. This is a new, visible role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, engaging with people and turning EHS requirements into practical everyday ways of working.
With around 350 employees, the site is investing in growth, safety culture and operational excellence. You will work closely with site leadership, employees, corporate EHS and sustainability colleagues, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance, improve performance, and build a positive, practical EHS culture across the site.
In this role, you will:
You are not looking for your first EHS role anymore: you already have solid experience, confidence and credibility. At the same time, you are not someone who wants to work only behind a desk. You enjoy being visible on site, talking with people, understanding real operations and helping teams make EHS part of everyday work.
This is a permanent senior white‑collar position reporting to the Site Director, with a matrix reporting line to the Global EHS Director. The preferred starting time is September–October 2026.
