Job summary

Onni in Vaasa is seeking a dedicated personal assistant to support clients in daily tasks at home and in activities outside the home. The role is long-term and permanent, with onboarding through Onni's Assistant Academy and guidance from a team leader.

Work is in two shifts across weekdays and weekends, with part-time or gig options available. Finnish language requirement (B2), a driving license, and owning a car if needed are requested, and you must be an adult. Deadline: 31 August 2026.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated personal assistant to join Onni in Vaasa to provide client-focused support in a long-term, permanent position. The role involves helping clients live a full life, assisting with daily tasks at home and in activities outside the home. Assignments may vary in level and duties depending on the client's condition and needs. No formal training or prior experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. All new assistants receive thorough onboarding at Onni's Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing guidance from the team leader throughout employment. Work is primarily in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shift lengths from two hours upward. You can work part-time or on a gig basis depending on your situation. The first shift may be an onboarding shift, after which both assistant and client assess how cooperation and chemistry work. You may work with multiple clients if schedules allow. Requirements include Finnish at least at B2 level, a driving license and own car if needed, and being of legal adult age.
