Job summary

ONNI is hiring Personal Assistants in Finland to provide essential support in clients' daily lives, helping with daily activities, home chores, and accompanying activities. The role emphasizes commitment and client-centered service, with onboarding in ONNI’s Assistant Academy and ongoing coaching.

Shifts run on weekdays and weekends between 7:00 and 21:00. You may work part-time or as a gig, with schedules that fit your life.

Qualifications

• Finnish at least B2 level.
• Driving licence and own car if possible.
• Being of legal age.

Job description

Personal Assistant roles invite you to join a team providing essential support in client-centered services. We are looking for committed assistants to safeguard the client’s everyday life. As a personal assistant, you help with daily activities, home chores, and outside activities.

No formal training required, but previous experience is valued. We provide thorough onboarding in Onni’s own Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing coaching from your team supervisor.

Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends between 7:00 and 21:00. You can work part-time or as a gig, adjusted to your life situation. We consider both client needs and assistants’ preferred schedules to fit well together.

First shift may be an orientation shift, and afterwards both assistant and client can assess cooperation and compatibility. If you wish, you can work for more than one client when schedules align.

Requirements
