Job summary

Suomen Seniorihoiva Oy in Finland is seeking personal assistants to serve customers in Pornainen. The role fits many life situations and offers flexible shifts within long-term visits from a consistent nurse or care team.

You will help with ordinary life tasks that customers cannot do themselves due to injury or illness. Full orientation and ongoing support are provided; good social skills and a positive attitude are valued. Salary is paid hourly with shift premiums per the collective agreement.

We are now looking for personal assistants to serve our customers in Pornainen.

The work is suitable for people in many different life situations, as you can influence which shifts you accept. You can be a retiree, a student, a healthcare professional, or something in between.

As a personal assistant, you help the customer with ordinary life matters that the customer cannot do themselves due to injury or illness. You do not need separate training, as you will receive comprehensive orientation and support from us. A brisk attitude and healthy common sense enable you to perform the tasks well.

We are a responsible employer and all our employees are in an employment relationship. You normally accrue a pension in your work, in addition to which we pay your unemployment insurance contributions for you. You are naturally also entitled to holiday compensation and are insured by the employer.

The same nurse or nursing team always visits the customer at standard times, which means that the work is not actually gig work, but you must be able to commit to the visits long-term. However, you can influence the number of your working hours. The work is unhurried and you do not need to move from one customer to another during the same shift.

We check the criminal records of the selected candidates in accordance with the Social and Health Care Control Act.

Salary in the position is €13.08 - 15.00/h, in addition to which you will be paid shift premiums according to the collective agreement.
