Job summary

Suomen Seniorihoiva Oy etsii osaavaa henkilökohtaista avustajaa Taipalsaareen tukemaan asiakasta arjen toiminnoissa. Työ on osa-aikainen ja ajoittuu päiväaikaan arkipäivisin.

Työssä autetaan asiakasta, tarjotaan perehdytys ja tukea, sekä toteutetaan pitkäaikaisia tapaamisia samojen hoitajien kanssa. Tarjolla on lämmin työyhteisö ja mahdollisuus vaikuttaa työaikoihin sekä tehtäviin.

Qualifications

• Hyvät sosiaaliset taidot.
• Positiivinen asenne.
• Erinomainen suomen kielen taito.
• Sosiaali- ja terveysalan koulutus tai työkokemus katsotaan eduksi.

Responsibilities

• Autat asiakasta arkipäivän tehtävissä, joita hän ei itse pysty suorittamaan vamman tai sairauden vuoksi.
• Vierailut asiakkaan luona säännöllisesti ja pitkäaikaisella sitoutumisella.
• Saat kattavan perehdytyksen ja tuen työn alussa.

Job description

Hello, you cheerful and active job seeker! A patient, unhurried home care is possible – we have that.

We are now looking for a personal assistant to strengthen our Taipalsaari team.

The job is part-time and takes place during daytime on weekdays.

As a personal assistant you help the client with everyday life tasks that the client cannot do themselves due to injury or illness.

You do not need special training, as we provide comprehensive onboarding and support.

A cheerful attitude and common sense enable you to perform well.

The job suits people in a variety of life situations, as you can influence which clients you take on. You can be a cheerful retiree, student, healthcare professional or something similar.

The client is always visited by the same caregiver or care team during regular times, which means the job is not gig work, but visits require long-term commitment.
