Job summary

Aarre Avustajat is seeking flexible personal assistant roles in Finland with private social services under a collective agreement. You’ll set your own hours and workload, assisting clients with daily tasks at home and outside.

Tasks include helping with shopping, outdoor activities, meals, dressing, hobbies, and housework. Reliability and a positive attitude are valued; you will receive supervision and can work for multiple clients if desired.
