Job summary

Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, has launched as a standalone Nordic transformation partner and is expanding its Oracle practice in Finland. We seek an Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to design and deliver SCM solutions for Nordic clients, combining advisory, implementation, and cross‑team collaboration.

You will work across ERP, data, and AI teams on transformation programs, mentor junior consultants in Finland, and help grow Vivicta’s Oracle ERP/SCM offering in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end SCM implementation.
• Strong SCM process background with design, configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM advisory, design, and implementation projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients on transformation and new development initiatives.
• Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery excellence.
• Act as SME for SCM modules like Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Maintenance Management + Integrations.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, demos, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with ERP, data, and AI teams on end-to-end transformation programs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability growth in Finland.

Vivicta is growing its Oracle practice in Finland, and we are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Nordic clients on SCM and Finance transformation initiatives, playing a key role in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM advisory and delivery programs that leverage automation, digital innovation, and AI-driven capabilities.

Role overview

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering SCM solutions. The work combines hands-on implementation, client advisory, and collaboration across ERP, data, and AI teams to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM advisory, design, and implementation projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on transformation and new development initiatives alongside managed services consultancy
• Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery excellence
• Act as SME for SCM various modules like Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Maintenance Management + Integrations
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, demos, and client presentations
• Collaborate with ERP, data, and AI teams on end-to-end transformation programs
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability growth in Finland

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions
• Participation in at least one end-to-end SCM implementation
• Proven background in SCM processes
• Hands-on experience in design, configurations, and data integrations
• Experience in client-facing advisory and project delivery roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Finnish is mandatory
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Based in Finland
