Job summary

Savox Communications is seeking an experienced operational buyer for our Jyväskylä factory. You will ensure timely delivery of materials and components, place and manage purchase orders in our ERP system, and coordinate with production planning and R&D to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires proactive, organized work ethic, and strong communication with suppliers. Fluent Finnish and good English are essential, with travel limited to occasional visits to other Savox locations.

Qualifications

• Experienced operational buyer in manufacturing environment.
• Fluent Finnish and good written English; spoken English is a plus.
• Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders in ERP system.
• Follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules.
• Keep purchasing data up to date and address shortages.
• Collaborate with production, planning, R&D, and factory management.
• Support purchasing for new product projects during prototypes.
