You will manage purchase orders in our ERP, coordinate with production planning, R&D, and suppliers, and help maintain a smooth supply chain across Europe and the United States. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and proactive data upkeep in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in purchasing and materials management in manufacturing.
• Understanding of systematic purchasing in a factory environment and material flows.
• Ability to plan ahead when component lead times are long.
• Fluent Finnish and good written English; spoken English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and components arrive at Jyväskylä factory in the right quantities and on time.
• Place and manage purchase orders in ERP, follow up on confirmations and delivery schedules.
