Roche is seeking an IT Onsite Enablement Partner to deliver advanced technical support and enhance the digital employee experience across Pharma and Diagnostics divisions. You will resolve complex IT issues, manage IT infrastructure lifecycles, and collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, fluency in Finnish and English, and a Lean-Agile mindset with interest in AI tools like Gemini and Copilot.

Qualifications

Mandatory: Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure and hardware/software lifecycle tasks.
Mandatory: Experience partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, personalized digital employee experience.
Mandatory: Experience participating in local IT compliance, site certification requirements, or business continuity planning.
Mandatory: Advanced troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, devices, and enterprise applications.
Mandatory: Ability to use operational data and tools such as ServiceNow or Nexthink to implement proactive support strategies and improve service delivery.
Mandatory: Strong understanding of enterprise IT standards and experience driving local platform adoption.
Mandatory: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Mandatory: Fluency in Finnish and English for daily business communication and documentation.
Additional qualification: Experience in vendor relations, site-level financial tracking, and SLA management.
Additional qualification: Lean-Agile mindset and interest in workflow automation and modern generative AI tools, including Gemini and Copilot.

Responsabilités

Troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems, workplace hardware, and enterprise applications.
Use IT service management and end-user telemetry data to deliver proactive support.
Automate repetitive operational tasks and coordinate IT deployments.
Support meeting room technologies, hybrid events, local audits, inspections, and business continuity planning.
Standardize IT operations, train employees, drive digital adoption, and align deployments with global standards.
