Job summary

Fermion Oy, a subsidiary of Orion, seeks a proactive Project Engineer for Facility Management at the Hanko site to support construction, renovation and facility investments. You will supervise site activities, coordinate procurement, and maintain technical documentation with Project Managers and contractors.

The role is on-site at Hanko, offering exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration with Fermion and Orion teams.

Qualifications

• Background in HVAC/building technology or construction engineering.
• Good understanding of building HVAC fundamentals and construction processes.
• Fluent Finnish or strong local language skills.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision of construction work and safety compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate facility projects from planning to commissioning.
• Review plans and compile procurement documentation.
• Document construction plans and project records.
• Coordinate contractors and site activities with stakeholders.
