Job summary

Hoivakumppanit Oy is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support elderly residents and memory-care patients at our 32-bed home in Tuusula, Finland. You will assist daily activities, help create engaging activities, and collaborate with a friendly care team to maintain a warm, respectful environment.

We value wellbeing, teamwork, and compassionate service. Applicants should have care assistant education, experience with elderly clients, and be fluent in Finnish.

Qualifications

• Care experience with elderly or memory-care patients.
• Fluent Finnish is required.
• Vaccination protection as required by law.
• Hygienic passport or willingness to obtain.
• Criminal record extract may be requested.
