Job summary

CBRE Data Centre Solutions in the Nordics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead environmental, landscape, infrastructure and development-enabling projects for large-scale client expansion programs. You will deliver projects from concept through design, permitting, construction, handover and operational transition.

You will coordinate regulators, municipalities, landowners and stakeholders; manage budgets, schedules and procurement; supervise designers, ecologists and engineers;

Qualifications

• Ecological restoration, habitat enhancement or environmental improvement experience.
• Civil infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy or land development project exposure.
• Experience with environmental permitting processes and regulatory engagement.
• Experience managing designers, ecologists, planners, landscape architects and civil engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and procurement strategies.
• Manage contractors, consultants and specialist delivery partners.
• Monitor program, cost, quality and project risks.
• Act as primary point of contact for the Client.
• Coordinate regulatory authorities, municipalities, landowners and community stakeholders.
• Manage environmental assessments, permitting activities and sustainability commitments.
• Develop project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
