Qualifications

• 8+ years as lead or principal Enterprise Architect in retail.
• Deep understanding of retail supply chain, POS, inventory, replenishment, and promotions.
• Experience in ERP modernization and decoupling to enable a Clean Core architecture.
• Proven ability in Enterprise Design, Business Design, or Capability Planning.
• Familiarity with TOGAF/ArchiMate and EA tooling.
• Strong business-technology alignment and ROI focus.
• Excellent communication, workshops, and CXO-level presentation skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English, able to operate across Nordics.
• Certifications in EA frameworks (TOGAF/ArchiMate) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define 3–5-year Target Enterprise Architecture and roadmaps for Finland and Sweden.
• Unify ERP landscape and clarify functional boundaries for high-velocity operations.
• Co-design fit-for-purpose architectures for Assortment, Dynamic Pricing, Campaigning, and Replenishment.
• Governance of Master Data and enterprise integration patterns across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT Product Owners, Cybersecurity, and business leaders to evaluate new tech and vendor options.
• Advise business and IT stakeholders to ensure adoption of architectural standards.
