Job summary

Johnson Controls in Finland seeks an experienced Data Centre Project Manager (BMS) to lead delivery of BMS projects across Finland and the Nordic region. You will manage from planning to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high quality.

The role requires strong project controls, stakeholder management, travel within Finland and Nordics, and knowledge of BMS platforms. Join a collaborative and safety‑driven team with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within Data Centres, construction, building services, or automation.
• Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Finland and the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Data Centre BMS projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Take ownership of project financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and quality standards.
• Support commissioning, testing, and final project handover.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and stakeholders.
