Job summary

Clarion Hotel Aviapolis is seeking a Night Welcome Office Agent to manage front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out, and inquiries with a premium service mindset.

You will work nights, bring warmth to guests, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused team within the Strawberry group. Finnish residency and fluent English are required, with MEWS PMS knowledge a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Finnish residency and a valid work permit.
• Knowledge of MEWS PMS is a bonus.
• Ability to drive upselling and enrollments.

As part of our Welcome Office team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience - ensuring every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a space that feels both personal and premium. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to making each guest feel valued and inspired by their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries
• Embody Clarion’s promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience

This is a permanent position, offering on average 60h / 3 weeks with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working during night time.
